Fitness and Exercise, Health and Wellness

So let’s assess how in or out of shape we are. If you are not in shape, don’t worry you are not alone, 86% of Americans are out of shape.  Certain individuals may not have the capacity to do exercise at more intense levels, but most people do.  For the most part, you are in acceptable shape if you can sustain moderate intensity exercise for at least 20 minutes at a time.

How much should you be exercising? Well the American Heart Association recommends exercising three times a week for at least thirty minutes. Do you know there are 336 thirty-minute blocks in a week? If you calculate for a 40 hour work week, time for adequate sleep (about fifty-six hours), grooming, meals and transportation time, you still have left over 126 thirty-minute blocks to get in three 30-minute blocks. No more excuses.

I recommend that you make workout time a feel good time. Buy functional workout clothes that are flattering and make you feel good. When you work out, get into the zone. You should focus on two things, proper form and relaxing without being lazy. That’s relaxation in the working out and overall relaxation. Just relax and do not think of that passive aggressive boss or that deadline tomorrow, but instead think of that upcoming vacation or how great you will look in your new tone body.

The way you broke it down like that, it takes away all the excuses that busy people offer for not being able to find time to exercise. I find walking to be tremendous and tremendously simple way to keep fit and healthy. Walking is when i can think, admire trees, really LISTEN to good music... there are endless pluses to walking!

Hey when you put it like that I cannot have any excuses to not exercising. I am on from this week itself. Just a tip I learned from one of my friend's trainer since I am a little healthy(he he), I am having it everyday, can't live without man, I am addicted to it. It is a 7 fruit juice antioxidant punch, it would help since high antioxidant levels boost the immune system, give boundless energy and endurance levels and also helps prevent premature ageing and cancer and you can get all this from this drink called purple. If you want more information to check whether what I am saying is right you can get it at www.drinkpurple.com , You can get it at GNC and drug stores. Please let me know if you tried it and liked it or not. It is sugar-free except sugar from fruit juices which is necessary right? Oh yeah and you can mix it with and can make various types of cocktails and not put on weight just a better health! How about that!
