Congratulations to Ambre Lake and Bret Michaels

I just wanted to take a moment and give a quick shout out and congratulations to a very special person, Ambre Lake. She was the recent winner of Bret Michael's heart on the VH1 reality show Rock of Love.

A southern-born performer who struck an equal balance between acting and modeling, I had the opportunity of working with Ambre here in Chicago, as one the hosts on my Health and Lifestyles Weekly show.

She is a wonderful girl and I wish her much happiness with Bret!
