"HELLO! My name is Dr. Dominic Gaziano. I am a General Internal Medicine physician in Chicago and BBC World recognized wellness practitioner and a health coach.
With the increase in managed institutional health care, Americans are learning they must take care of themselves. If they do not, they become a victim rather than a victor to their health vulnerabilities. After seeing the struggles many Americans face with deciphering western and holistic medicine now made available on the Web and TV, and the limited time patients are able to spend with their doctors, I was inspired to create a TV show, HEALTH & LIFESTYLES WEEKLY, that integrates this self help information in an informative, simple and fun way.
